Andrew was born and raised in Peterborough and is a resident of Northcrest Ward. He attended Highland Height Public School and P.C.V.S. High School. After graduation, Andrew attended Queen’s University at Kingston where he received his Honors Science Degree. Andrew then returned to Peterborough to live and work. Andrew has built his life on solid principles of honesty, trust, and integrity. In the 2010 Municipal Election Andrew ran for a City Council Seat in Northcrest Ward and was successfully elected. Andrew was successfully re-elected in 2014, 2018 and again in 2022 by the residents of Northcrest. Over the past 16 years, Andrew has provided accessible service and responsive action on the issues that affect the residents of Northcrest. Andrew is honest, accountable, hardworking, and dedicated to the Community.
